Black Jack Roof & Foundation Coating is a liquid applied, brushable, asphalt-based coating designed to seal and protect worn roof surfaces. This coating can also be used to dampproof and protect exterior foundation walls. Fibered roof coating, penetrates, resaturates & protects dried out & exposed roofing felt, can also be used on metal roofs & siding, exterior foundation walls & all other concrete & masonry surfaces, easy to use, does not run or sag. Do not use on shingle roofs. For exterior use only, roof should be clean & dry before application, approximately 35 sqft per gallon, clean up with mineral spirits, allow 48 hours before backfilling.
